GOVX is the #1 Ecommerce Marketplace for those who serve our country and community. Right now, our focus is growing the partners and products available on GOVX. We have successfully added 1,000 partners to the site and continue to invest in the growth of our most important asset, our catalog.
The Partner Success Coordinator is key in ensuring we optimize our current partners, educate new partners, and support the Category Managers. The goal of the Partner Success Coordinator is to support onboarding dropship and direct marketplace partners, increase members through verification, increase orders through marketplace and increase value on both. This will be done by ensuring that all orders are fulfilled, partners are scaled by increasing offerings and cleaning up logistics to make sure partners can scale without impacting the workload of cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
All Partners
- Partner with Category Managers on any trends or optimization efforts that will drive increased performance from partners.
- Communicate with partners via phone, video call and email to provide tips for optimization and follow through to ensure recommendations are implemented.
- Provide paid marketing opportunities for partners requesting to grow.
- Support implementation of paid marketing for partners that signed a contract including but not limited to:
- Run video calls with partner to understand their vision and guidelines while maintaining the GOVX branded elements
- Reserve placements in relevant marketing themes
- Create clear requests in project management system and follow projects through execution
- Manage QA and revisions for campaigns with extreme attention to detail
- Work cross-functionally with Member Marketing and Creative teams to ensure all required assets are complete, accurate and on time.
- Share monthly reporting of each placement with Category Manager
- Track all partner facing communication in CRM.
- Track all partner facing communication in CRM.

Dropship Partners
- Review dropship integrated partners that are not adhering to GOVX SLAs regarding acknowledgement, shipping, and tracking:
- Monitor reports to proactively find integration errors prior to hurting the customer experience.
- Support internal teams and partners on high level understanding of the different dropship integration methods.
- Build pricing models and submit projects for partners when they have new products, price updates or discontinued items for the Category Manager to review.
- Get ahead of accounting issues by staying on top of pricing and assortment:
- Send quarterly requests to partners to share their most recent product assortment and pricing updates.
- Manage member product reviews to publish to GOVX if accurate, exclude any explicit content and share with the Contact Center if they need support.
- Oversee onboarding new partners by collecting required documents, supporting partner questions, and encouraging GOVX as a priority with the goal to get them live faster after the contract is signed.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Vendor Management, Category Management, Logistics, Member Marketing and Accounting to ensure partners launch in a successful and timely manner.
- Effectively and quickly solve ad hoc partner issues, requests, and questions throughout the onboarding process.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Direct Marketplace Partners
- Gather required monthly performance reporting to create invoices for direct affiliates.
- Leverage affiliate platforms to find new opportunities for SDRs based on what brands are offering.
- Support new partners during onboarding by requesting all needed details to setup in GOVX admin, connect to affiliate platforms through launch.
- Oversee code pools to create during onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and replenishment.
Shopify Partners
- Be the first point of contact for partners that implement GOVX ID through the Shopify app and welcome partners to our platform while they are engaged with the app.
- Provide documentation and video demonstrations to partners interested in installing the app or who need support during implementation.
- Recruit partners to optimize verification on their site, opt into marketplace and increase value on both with the goal to drive members and orders.
- Request reviews within the app after successfully supporting the partner.
- Recruit deeper discounts during major promotions and ensure implementation at launch.
- Monitor monthly billing limits to determine which partners need to increase and which partners may be trending.
- Stay on top of product releases and new opportunities within the GOVX ID product and work to share those updates with partners where applicable.
- Execute monthly and quarterly audits to share trending issues types to the Product team to fix or enhance in the future.

Work Location
The Partner Success Coordinator will work 100% onsite at the GOVX Corporate Office in San Diego, CA during their 90-day introductory period, working five days per week with a full eight-hour shift each day. After successful completion of the 90-day introductory period, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule, working a minimum of three in-office days per week with a full eight-hour shift each day. The in-office days will be set by the manager based on business needs. No relocation allowance or visa sponsorship will be provided.

Pay Range
$28.85 - $31.25 per hour, hourly non-exempt position
