The Role:
Our Marketing team is growing! Join Goway and inspire people to go globetrotting during a transformative time in the world of travel. This role works on the Digital Marketing Team, alongside the broader marketing team, including Email Automation, SEO, Content, and Creative.
You ll join a passionate team of globetrotting marketers and work together to inspire people to discover far-flung destinations around the world. Working cooperatively with others on the Marketing team you ll focus on the production of a wide array of digital and print assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, display, and video ads.
- Budget Oversight: Manage six-figure monthly budgets and allocate spending effectively to maximize ROAS and meet annual targets.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) using various tools (GA4,
- Supermetrics, Salesforce), and create actionable insights for strategy discussions. Being able to explain large amounts of granular data to stakeholders who have limited experience in the digital marketing field is key.
- Cross-Platform Strategy: Manage a broad spectrum of ad platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads, as well as potential future platforms such as DV360, LinkedIn Ads, and beyond. A desire to learn and grow is a must.
- Audience Targeting: Leverage first-party data, custom audiences, and travel-specific insights to refine targeting across various ad platforms.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with our design and content teams to produce ad creative tailored to platform best practices.
- Innovation: Support in testing emerging ad formats and automation tools to stay ahead of industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar platforms.
- Proficiency in GA4, including event tracking, conversion modeling, and audience segmentation.
- Experience managing six-figure media budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and visualization tools (eg. Looker Studio).
- An ability to receive and action constructive feedback.
- A strong understanding of the Microsoft business suite and file management.
- Nice-to-have Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with programmatic display (DV360), YouTube ads, and CTV campaigns.
- Working background in travel, hospitality, or tourism marketing.
- Client/stakeholder-facing presentation experience.
- Certifications: Google Certifications, Meta Blueprint, as well as any other applicable digital marketing accreditations.
