Our six-state not-for-profit trade association seeks a Director of Credit Union Engagement & Outreach, to strategize member engagement and deploy a cross-enterprise team to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develops processes to understand the needs, challenges, and priorities of member credit unions on an ongoing basis.
- Communicates trends and develops programs that deliver maximum member value while meeting strategic priorities.
- Advances established member engagement goals through strategic relationship management with assigned credit unions.
- Elevates member connectivity and engagement with the Association by soliciting and interpreting continuous member feedback to share this information with internal staff.
- Leads a cross-enterprise concierge team. Develops and deploys a comprehensive liaison strategy resulting in a measurable increase in credit union engagement.
- In collaboration with vertical leaders, leads the strategic direction of committees, task forces, and advisory groups.
- Manages online discussion groups to promote utilization of association resources and communities.
- Supports GoWest staff onboarding to the Association culture of member engagement through right-sized training programs.
Requirements :
Our ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in a management position, preferably working for credit unions or trade associations. In depth credit union knowledge is preferred. This position requires you to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to launch and manage large initiatives, attention to detail, and a teamwork ethic.
Salary ranges from $70-85k base salary, depending on experience. This position is eligible for a variable pay program which has a potential 5% of base salary earnings. Employees (and dependents 50%) are covered by medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability. Employees are eligible to enroll in our 401k plan. New employees will accrue 15 days of vacation and 8 days of paid time off. In addition, employees will enjoy eleven paid holidays and two floating holidays.
