Job position description:
We’re seeking a full-time Closing Officer who will greet customers and answer and direct incoming phone calls. The individual will also process and close sale and refinance transactions, posting payments, and creating invoices. The individual will also input, edit, and process orders and documents. Other duties include running local errands, cleaning the office, and stocking the public areas of the office.
The ideal candidate we’re looking for is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, loves customer interaction, has a strong attention to detail, and strives for accuracy.
Primary Functions and Skills:
· Review customer orders and obtain information from customers
· Pre and Post-closing processes
· Facilitate closings with buyers/sellers/lenders/realtors/legal professionals. Explain documents and terms of transaction to said parties, obtain and notarize signatures.
· Input order information and process orders
· Utilize public databases and industry software system
