Job position description:
We’re seeking a full-time Order Processor who will be responsible for all incoming orders and entering them into our software program. The Order Processor will provide customer support for all branch locations, working closely with customer to gather all information necessary to complete the order. This individual will also help answer telephone calls and gather information from county databases and prior title files. The Order Processor will work with a diverse group of customers, requiring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate we’re looking for is someone who enjoys working independently in an office environment, has a strong attention to detail, strives for accuracy, and has excellent spelling and grammatical skills.
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
