In this role, you will be the key link between business teams and IT, ensuring our Infor M3 ERP and Enterprise Performance Management systems run smoothly and efficiently. You?ll have the opportunity to analyze, design, and implement system improvements that directly impact our business operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and IT for financial business systems.
- Support and enhance the Infor M3 ERP and Enterprise Performance Management solutions.
- Conduct functional and technical analysis, system design, testing, and implementation.
- Configure and provide daily system support to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, performing root cause analysis.
- Work with business teams to prioritize and manage application enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system functionality and streamline processes.
- Participate in integration testing, data conversion, and deployment activities.
- Maintain system integrity by reviewing ERP updates and leading testing efforts.
- Facilitate change management, user training, and communication of new processes and technologies.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in IT or Finance/Accounting managing business applications.
- 5 years of ERP system experience with BI integration.
- Record to Report module expertise.
- Strong background in test planning and automated testing.
- Broad knowledge of financial systems and cross-functional integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex system issues.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Enterprise Performance Management solutions (Hyperion/OneStream).
- Knowledge of Infor M3 Cloud Suite Food & Beverage, High Radius, Exceedra Pro.
- Background in the food & beverage or process industry.
- Exposure to AI, ML, NLP, and automation technologies.
- PMI certification is a plus.
