Job Description:

Gowin Mechanical Inc. has a job opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our team. As a CAD Designer, you will play a crucial role in translating conceptual designs into detailed fabrication drawings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and modeling, both 2D and 3D, using AutoDesk software, with a passion for precision and accuracy.

Job Duties:

• Create accurate and detailed drawings using both AutoCAD and Inventor.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop comprehensive fabrication drawings and drawing packs. 
• Ensure that all drawings and models adhere to industry standards and company guidelines.
• Assist in the coordination with other team members. 
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project managers and clients.
• Stay updated with the latest software updates and industry best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor software. We are looking for an individual who can jump right in with 2D and 3D. 
• Experience with Fusion 360, ProNest, and/or Bysoft is a plus. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience in a mechanical design capacity.
• High mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Strong understanding of how to create and read drawings. 
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to work as a team.
• Top-notch organization, attention to detail combined with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8am-5 pm with an hour for lunch.
