If you have 2 to 4 years of experience as a paralegal or legal administrative assistant, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents such as motions, pleadings, judgments, and statements.
• Act as a key liaison between attorneys and clients, assisting with client interviews.
• Organize trial materials and provide support during hearings and trials.
• Prepare and review discovery packages, including disclosure statements and production requests.
• Manage case calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate meetings.
• File court documents, including e-filing in Family Court, state, and federal courts.
• Review financial records such as bank statements.
• Maintain organized filing systems and handled general office tasks.
• Request conflict checks, open new client matters, and submit approvals.
• Utilize software tools such as MS Office, West Law, and Pro Law.
