As the Employee Housing Housekeeper & Operations Assistant for Gozzer Ranch, you will be part of creating the Gozzer Ranch Experience. About the Position
The Employee Housing Housekeeper & Operations Assistant works alongside the Employee Housing Manager to ensure the smooth operation of employee housing. This role is primarily responsible for cleaning accommodations before and after staff departures. Additionally, the position supports various projects and operational tasks related to the Employee Housing Program. While based mainly at 'The Ranch House' in downtown Coeur d'Alene, the role may occasionally require travel to other housing locations in Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls for errands or additional duties.
Your key areas of responsibility are outlined below:
Key Area #1: Employee Experience, Vibe and Teamwork
· Always provide our employees and residents with prompt and friendly service.

Key Area #2: Housekeeping & Daily Operations
You will assist the Housing Manager in the below areas.
· Act as the primary housekeeper, responsible for cleaning all employee housing locations as needed.
· Maintaining all exterior and community spaces at the Ranch House (----
· Preparing units for resident arrival(s)
· Property inspections
· Basic maintenance tasks such as replacing batteries, lightbulbs, etc. (within ability)
· Special organization and moving projects
· Employee transportation needs and miscellaneous errands
Key Area #3: The Ranch House
· Prepare rooms for resident arrival/departures including cleaning, inspections, inventory etc.
· Keep exterior areas of The Ranch House clean and tidy and clean at all times, regularly cleaning grills/burners/hot plates, wiping down tables/chairs, emptying trash bins, picking up litter and occasionally assist with lawncare (mowing lawn, pulling weeds etc.).
· Clean community laundry room and dishwashing area at least once a week, dusting, sweeping, cleaning dryer vents, etc.
· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the supply closet/break room and bathroom, proactively reporting low inventory of necessary items and products to Manager
· Assist with routine mid-stay room inspections while rooms are occupied
· Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing batteries/bulbs, unclogging drains, preventative maintenance, etc.
· Help with end of season teardown including cleaning rooms, washing bedding/towels, and storing outdoor furniture
Key Area #4: Off-Site Housing Locations
· Clean apartments/houses after tenant departures, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, floors, washing towels/linens etc.
· Complete Move-In/Out inspections and checklists, determine unit readiness, new/existing damages, etc.
· Help execute routine mid-stay unit inspections and other requests.
· Execute basic maintenance tasks (within ability) and promptly report any maintenance needs that you are unable to perform.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
· Valid Driver’s License required
· Must pass a Background Check.
· Must have a safe driving record
· Ability to work effectively with all personality types.
· Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions independently.
· Ability to work weekends, morning, and nights.
· Ability to work in all weather conditions and temperatures to include inside and outside areas.
· Ability to perform medium physical tasks, exerting up to 50 lbs. of force on a frequent basis and up to 75 lbs. on an occasional basis independently or with help.
· Ability to perform such activities as grasping, lifting, reaching, crouching, walking, sitting, and carrying.
