Grower's Assistant
We are seeking a part time Grower's Assistant with availability to provide weekend coverage for an indoor farm in SE Portland. Individuals who possess a good work ethic, with hands on plant experience and a drive to learn the grow process will be an excellent fit for this position.
The Grower's Assistant will be responsible for assisting with scheduled watering, looking over plants for signs of deficiency, mixing feed and monitoring environmental data.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience assisting with indoor cannabis cultivation

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing weekend coverage, as well as some coverage during the week for plant health maintenance, to include scheduled tasks such as watering, mixing nutrients, monitoring plant health and reviewing environmentals.
- Responsible for assisting with harvests, pruning, cleaning and other scheduled tasks
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Must be able to accommodate frequent bending, lifting and kneeling to accomplish daily tasks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
