We're a leading T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as T-Mobile Brand Ambassadors.
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be responsible for servicing customers' needs, making recommendations based on their specifications, and being a Brand Ambassador for T-Mobile services.
What We're Looking For:
- Positive Attitude: A positive attitude with self-motivation and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Effectiveness in balancing customer needs and performance goals.
- 6 Months of Sales Experience: 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service customers' needs and make recommendations based on their specifications.
- Be a Brand Ambassador for T-Mobile services and utilize digital tools to provide exceptional customer service.
- Retrain customers by recommending current products and services.
- Stay current on the newest technology products and services through regular training.
