Responsibilities:
As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will:
- Service customers' needs and make recommendations based on their specifications
- Be a Brand Ambassador for T-Mobile services
- Utilize digital tools to provide outstanding customer service during and after the sale
- Retrain customers by recommending current products and services
- Stay current on the newest technology products and services through training
