GP Strategies Corporation has a need for a Training Coordinator in Salt Lake City, UT. This is a full-time, benefitted position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling, planning and coordinating the logistics of training events
- Monitor and manage course enrollment for scheduled courses
- Generating and delivering training reports
- Support customer questions related to training offerings
- Identify areas in need of process improvements and prepare recommendations for increased efficiency
- Participate in meetings as required
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience in coordination/administrative service or related field
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Attention to detail and must be customer focused
- Ability to be flexible amid changing environment
- MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
