Program Manager for Data & AI Skilling Events
Manage end to end process for each skilling event :
- Produce and manage high level timeline for each skilling event
- Own communication for each event
- Meeting recaps
- Weekly progress
- Changes and updates to event
- Create and manage high level ppt walking deck for each skilling event
- Create and manage event meetings (daily, weekly, & monthly)
o Planning meetings with v-team members
o Agenda review meetings with v-team member, & key stakeholders
o Content review meetings with speakers / presenter and SME
o Key stakeholders & LT review meetings
o Final dry run review meetings with each speaker / presenter
o Post event management
o Post event :
o Manage sites with updates and access including Cloud Academy (CA) Training Portal Site
