Job Summary
The sales role for Automotive is responsible for managing sales efforts for Automotive Opportunities in the US. The role will work with the Account, Marketing and Recruiting teams to build and grow Automotive clients in the US.
They are responsible for driving and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets through setting a robust sales strategy and working with the Client Acquisition and Client Development leaders to deliver against the target.
This role is responsible for ensuring Booked Backlog is at a targeted margin to achieve Automotive Budgeted Revenue Expectation.
The Sales position will develop and own the growth and penetration strategies, and actively look to enhance Automotive revenue within the wider group.
They will collaborate with other GP Divisions to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Ability to organize and develop proposals in response to RFQs.
● Ability to passionately present our planed solution to potential clients.
● Deep understanding on Automotive Sales and Aftersales.
● Ability to offer solutions to enhance the modern retail environment.
● Own the Automotive sales target.
● Ensures communication with clients and Automotive Account teams.
● Work with other Automotive sales leads on strategy to grow the Automotive Business.
● Agree value propositions and areas for growth. Cascade to the team, to Ensure consistent quality.
● Drive sales strategy through pipeline rigour. Monitor all sales - supporting & identifying patterns or gaps.
● Ensure a consistent approach to opportunity ownership, pricing and pricing approvals.
Qualifications
● 10 years Automotive experience in Sales and Aftersales
● Retailer experience
● Proven record of growing and building established accounts
