Supplier will provide a Learning Partner Program Manager who will be responsible for the following:
•D365 Course addition to ESI (scoping, tracking, execution). Update decks and assisted in creation of new process to sync various platforms.
•ESI Learning Partner Reporting - Weekly meetings with Reporting team, Arvato, and PSE team. Respond to and solve all PSE inquiries related to Learning Partners.
•Recruit and onboard new Learning Partners.
•Subsidy POE exception review/approval requests.
•Manage monthly LP calls/briefs - Manage attendees (~400), guests, and agenda for monthly call which is hosted 2x to accommodate all geographies. Moderate chat and provide follow-up support for additional questions.
•LP Training evaluation process.
•Assign Cross Domain Planning for Learning Partner Channel epic. Host weekly meetings, project tracking in Azure Dev Ops, quarterly and fiscal planning. as we plan for the upcoming quarter and fiscal year. Created new exception process to facilitate the urgent request from Learning Partners to offer virtual training in countries without a physical presence (MS internal blocker).
•Contribute to the Learning Partner Experience Portal; Establish regular meeting cadence with Product Owner and Engineering Managers to make all business decisions about the tool which will enable our Learning Partners to manage their Discounted Class Seat requests. Regularly meet with additional stakeholders including Privacy, Communications, and Support to ensure that the tool meets all Microsoft and ESI standards.
•Ongoing DynaMight refinement. All Services shall be treated as Microsoft Confidential Information unless otherwise designated by Microsoft.

The Learning Partner Program Manager will oversee ongoing Learning Partner (LP) ESI Management, onboard and manage all new LP partners, track and update LP list and LP SOWs on an ongoing basis, manage and facilitate LP calls
