Job Summary
The Training Instructor is responsible for conducting technical and behavioral training, both face-to-face and online. They must use interactive teaching techniques and apply the methodologies defined in the material strategy to maximize the participants' learning.
Main Activities:
- Delivering training in face-to-face and online formats;
- Develop training reports and opinions to support the process of data collection, evaluation of training programs and continuous improvement;
- Contributing to the evaluation of training effectiveness, collecting feedback and suggesting improvements;
- Gathering and analyzing information from team members and clients to understand training needs and specifics;
- Collaborating with the development and updating of educational content;
- Ease of communicating through modern language in the style of social networks, thus contributing to communication strategies and engaging the target audience;
- Collaborate with the development of quizzes, practical exercises and other educational materials that complement learning;
- Taking part in planning and brainstorming meetings to create new content and improve existing content.
Qualifications
- Full degree in Pedagogy, Literature, Communication, Administration or related areas.
- Postgraduate degree in Corporate Education, Communication, Instructional Designer or related area desirable.
- Previous experience in applying and conducting training and capacity-building programs, preferably in the areas of sales, customer service, leadership and operational and management routines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
