About this PositionG-P is looking for a Principal Social Media Influencer Manager who will be responsible for developing an influencer strategy to support brand awareness and thought leadership across G-P’s core social media channels. We are looking to expand our social authority, and this role will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing content that utilizes influencers to support the brand.This position reports into the Director of Social at G-P, on the Communications and Events team. We are looking for a strategic and creative person to identify, build and manage relationships, and oversee the production process with influencers across various platforms. With a focus on LinkedIn and Meta influencers, particularly in the AI and innovation space, as well as the HR tech industry, this work will include both organic and paid influencer strategy.What you’ll do : Influencer identification and outreach : research and connect with influencers on our core social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and InstagramNegotiation and contracts : Manage the budget and contracts for all influencers, including influencer whitelistingRelationship management : build, nurture and maintain long-term relationships with influencersContent collaboration : Partner with the social team and other stakeholders within Marketing on briefs for influencers. Oversee the production process with the influencers from conception to ready to publish.Influencer strategy : Establish strategic campaigns utilizing influencers that includes paid, owned, and earnedPerformance tracking : Maintain and optimize the performance data of influencer work. Analyze performance data and use insights to inform future content optimizationLead the development and execution of organic social content and publishing strategy with a channel by channel strategy.Trend monitoring : Identify relevant and significant ways for influencers to participate in culture and tech conversations related to G-P.
