Your Responsibilities :
Lead with Heart : Provide hands-on clinical supervision and mentorship to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.

What We’re Looking For :
Experienced Leader : Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting.
Licensed RN : Active RN license in Wisconsin , with a dedication to maintaining current clinical knowledge and skills.
Clinical Expertise : Proven background in rehabilitation nursing with a track record that instills confidence and trust.
Strong Communicator : Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
Tech Savvy : Experience with PCC (PointClickCare) is a bonus that will make you stand out!
