gpac is working with a client in Western Ohio who is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor for their food manufacturing facility!
This growing company is expanding and needing to add a knowledgeable and versatile team member to their leadership! They are a meat processing facility that's been in business for almost 75 years, and they have steadily grown since! They run 2 production shifts and sanitation runs on the 3rd shift! They have just under 250 employees, and their employee turnover rate is impressively low!

The ideal Maintenance Supervisor would be someone very quick on their feet, have solid leadership skills and not be afraid to take responsibility and action! They would have at least 2 years maintenance leadership experience(maintenance lead experience or supervisory) and 5-7 years in maintenance within food production or another manufacturing industry! Experience / knowledge of the following areas : ovens, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, conveyer belts, pneumatic, hydraulics and PLC is a plus.
Bilingual in English / Spanish is a plus! Relocation assistance provided, if applicable.
