An excellent company is hiring a Director of Operations.  This stable and growing company has a highly motivated staff, excellent work environment, and room for growth.

Director of Operations Responsibilites :

  • Coach and direct staff.  Set goals.  Monitor performance.
  • Conduct performance / salary reviews.
  • Manage accounts payable / accounts receivable utilizing QuickBooks.
  • Maintain financial records - P&L Statements, Balance Sheet.
  • Oversee / back accounting.
  • IT as needed.
  • Communicate operational changes.
  • Coordinate research, analysis, cost justification, and implementation of operations related to technologies and resources.
  • Manage HR activities
  • Serve on the Management Team

Qualifications Include :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business
  • 3-5 years operations experience with proven supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of IT.
  • Proficient use of computer
  • Customer-centric with excellent relationship and adaptability skills
  • Detailed, well-organized, with strong communication skills
  • Exhibits a strong team-player attitude in helping co-workers succeed
  • Results-oriented with a high level of integrity and dependability
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment while making decisions based on accurate and timely analysi
  • Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
  • High stress tolerance thrives in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, strong problem solving & prioritization skills
  • The position requires related experience working in external relationship management

    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

    Self-driven individual, ability to work with minimal direction
