Your expertise will help keep our projects on track and our finances in order. What You’ll Do : Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts. Reconcile accounts payable ledgers for precise financial reporting. Work closely with vendors to resolve billing inquiries and disputes. Partner with project managers to confirm materials and services align with project needs. Keep organized records for audits and future reference. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. What We’re Looking For : Experience : At least 2 years in accounts payable, preferably in industrial construction. Education : High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Skills : Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro), attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills.
