What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at GPAC?
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a local client. This role will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the construction company. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, with proficiency in Viewpoint Vista considered a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to project managers, estimators, and office staff.
- Manage and organize project documentation, contracts, and change orders.
- Assist with data entry, invoicing, and purchase orders using Viewpoint Vista (preferred).
- Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and handle correspondence.
- Support accounts payable / receivable processes and assist with financial recordkeeping.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, answering phones, and maintaining office supplies.
