Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting & Diagnosing: Identify equipment failures and recommend repairs to ensure reliability.
- Repairs & Service: Perform electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and diesel repairs to meet customer needs.
- Performance Goals: Achieve service efficiency, labor sales, and rework goals.
- Documentation: Complete work orders and service forms promptly and accurately.
- Safety & Training: Maintain a clean, safe work environment and enhance technical skills.
- 7-10 years of experience as a diesel technician, preferably with agricultural and construction equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle status.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work extended hours when required
