Job Title: Agriculture Equipment Technician

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of agricultural equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with agricultural equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on all equipment, including lubrication and oil changes.
- Identify potential problems and take proactive measures to prevent equipment downtime.
- Maintain and repair facilities used for the operation.
- Perform basic fabrications as needed.
- Adhere to common safety practices and procedures.
- Responsible for following all Company Policies and Procedures, as well as any Local, State and/or Federal Regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to handle physical exertion.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Minimum of two years general mechanical experience, preferably with agriculture equipment or heavy equipment.
