Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and community-oriented Agricultural Lender to join our client’s team in Lamesa, Texas. As an Ag Lender, you will play a vital role in supporting local farmers, ranchers, and agricultural businesses by providing tailored financial solutions that help them grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural clients and prospects within the Lamesa community.
- Analyze financial statements, credit histories, and collateral to assess risk and determine loan eligibility.
- Develop customized loan packages to meet the unique needs of agricultural customers.
- Actively participate in community events and initiatives to strengthen First United Bank’s presence and commitment to the community.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage loan portfolios to ensure ongoing credit quality and profitability.
