Position Qualifications :
Minimum 10 years' experience with RevitBachelor's Degree from an accredited school of architectureLicensedAbility to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlinesAbility to lead the process of complex architectural and interior detailingSpace Planning and Hand Sketching abilitiesAbility to learn and grasp new concepts quickly with a willingness to learn and accept new challengesHigh level of organization and attention to detail in servicing clientsDesign, construction documents, project managementCompetent knowledge of local Building Codes and Energy Code ComplianceKnowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the profession
