What it takes to qualify :
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required
- Professional Architect (RA) license is required
- 5-7 Years of experience in architectural design and project leadership
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
- Experience with sustainable design practices and green building standards is a plus
- Previous experience leading architectural teams is highly desirable.
- Enthusiastic commitment to the team environment
- Proactive written and verbal communication skills
