What It Takes To Qualify
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
- 3-8 Years of experience in architectural design and project leadership
- Hospitality projext experience is a MUST
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required
- Experience with sustainable design practices and green building standards is a plus
- Previous experience leading architectural teams is highly desirable.
- Enthusiastic commitment to the team environment
- Proactive written and verbal communication skills
- Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects
- Professional client development skills
- Culture that creates a work environment about the people, not just the project
- Community involved leadership and staff
