Qualifications & Requirements :

Educational Background : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

Professional Experience : 3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with exposure to multiple project types (Commercial, Residential, etc.).

Technical Skills : Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of BIM is a plus.

Design Acumen : Strong understanding of architectural design principles with a passion for innovation and attention to detail.

Collaborative Mindset : Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly with clients and colleagues.

Project Management : Experience managing projects from concept to completion, including client interaction, budgeting, and scheduling.

Licensing / Certifications : EIT, LEED accreditation, or Architectural licensure (preferred but not required).

Creative Vision : A keen eye for creative and functional design solutions that align with client needs and firm’s standards.
