We are seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic team! This full-time role is responsible for creating precise and detailed plans for residential projects, including new home construction, renovations, additions, garages, and decks. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities for  Architectural Drafter :

• Develop accurate and construction-ready drawings
• Review and update plans to ensure precision and compliance with project requirements
• Utilize AutoCAD software proficiently (Revit experience is a plus)
• Apply beam sizing software such as Forte Web to structural planning
• Possess a strong understanding of building materials and residential construction methods
• Stay informed on building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with homeowners and builders, both in-office and on-site, to translate design concepts into functional plans
• Maintain an organized workflow while managing multiple projects independently
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Have a foundational understanding of construction costs and budgeting
