Job Overview :
Seeking a skilled and reliable Asphalt Plant Operato r to manage the operations of the asphalt plant. The ideal candidate will have experience in asphalt production and a strong understanding of plant operations, maintenance, and safety procedures. As an Asphalt Plant Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the production of high-quality asphalt while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plant Operation : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the asphalt plant, including the production of asphalt and the loading of trucks.
- Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Inventory Management : Track material inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of raw materials.
- Safety Compliance : Enforce all safety protocols and ensure that OSHA and company safety standards are met at all times.
- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve any issues that arise during the production process to prevent delays.
