Job Description
Our client is a regional feed manufacturer and they are expanding to provide better service to their customers! The right person for this position will be able to supervisor a production team and oversee all of the day-to-day operations, safety, maintenance, and quality control. You will be a part of a small team which allows for easy & quick decision making! If you have previously managed a food manufacturing plant or a Feed Mill, please Apply Today! Position Requirements & Responsibilities :
- 3 Years of Milling / Food Production experience; leadership role is highly desired
- Oversee the day-to-day production, quality, safety, maintenance, grain procurement, and P&L
- Provide strategic leadership to improve process and efficiency
- Write and implement company SOPs
- B.S. Degree in Agriculture, Milling or Food Science is preferred
- Must be able to relocate within a reasonable commute to the facility in Kentucky (Relocation Assistance!)
