• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare bids and draft contracts
• Manage change orders and handle purchase orders
• Utilize Procore for efficient project management
• Work with AIA contracts
  

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience working with a general contractor
• Proficiency in Procore
• Strong knowledge of architect contracts (AIA)
