What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney - Business/Civil Litigation position at gpac?
Our well regarded and well established firm is looking to hire an Associate Attorney to join the firm's Litigation Department in our Irvine office (with an emphasis on General Litigation). Candidate should have 3 - 5 years of litigation practice experience and an active California Bar license. There is flexibility regarding a hybrid schedule.
The firm considers themselves a "Montessori Firm", so if you have an interest in handling cases in other practice areas, the firm would like to give you exposure in those areas.
The candidate should be a driven team player with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess a strong academic background, and exceptional research skills. The candidate should be detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic.
The position affords the associate an opportunity to work with the firm's talented litigation partners. For the right person, it will provide the associate with a significant amount of responsibility and opportunities to argue motions, conduct depositions, participate in trials, and other important tasks.

Qualifications
- 3 years of litigation experience (our firm has many practice areas)
- Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions
- Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments
- Active membership with the CA state bar
- Motivated to grow

Salary : $135,000 - $165,000
