Position : Creditors' Rights Associate Attorney

Position Overview :
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Creditors' Rights Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Pittsburgh, PA.
This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to creditors' rights cases
- Conduct research, review case files, and assess potential risks or defenses
- Manage discovery processes, including interrogatories, depositions, and document production
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials
Qualifications :
- Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania
- 1-3 years of experience in creditors' rights, foreclosure, collections, or bankruptcy law
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
