Qualifications And Responsibilities
- 3-5 years' experience in commercial litigation
- Proficiency drafting and arguing motions
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and other legal professionals to develop effective case strategies
- Conduct depositions and engage in all aspects of trial preparation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Member of the Utah bar
