Position: Attorney - PI & Construction Defense
Skills And Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of insurance defense litigation matters, guiding them from discovery to resolution.
- Prepare a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and more.
- Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and actively participate in trial and mediation proceedings.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams to build robust cases.
- Licensed to practice law in TX.
- 7-12 years experience preferred in personal injury and construction defect defense.
- Trial experience preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary BOE $130,000-$180,000
