Audit Manager Functions
- Manage financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and special projects.
- Identify accounting and financial reporting issues based on professional guidelines.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on knowledge of client operations and business objectives.
- Counsel and guide staff through their work.
- Evaluate performance on client engagements and improve internal processes.
Audit Manager Qualifications
- 5 years of public accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Compensation and Benefits
Full-time position with a salary range of $105,000-$145,000 per year. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, disability insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and work from home options.
