What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Gpac?
We are seeking a hands-on, energetic BCBA who loves being involved in direct client care. Our ideal candidate is passionate about coaching and developing BTs while maintaining active involvement in client sessions. This role offers a blend of clinic and school-based work, with manageable caseloads that allow for quality care and work-life balance.
We value long-term team members who are passionate about hands-on client care and BT development. Our BCBAs typically spend time directly supporting BTs, creating a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment. We believe in providing feedback that develops and uplifts team members, maintaining high clinical standards while fostering a positive, supportive culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct, hands-on ABA therapy and support to clients
- Actively coach and develop Behavior Technicians through regular engagement
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans for early learners
- Split time between our modern clinic facility and partner schools
- Deliver constructive feedback to team members with kindness and respect
- Conduct assessments using VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and other tools
- Maintain approximately 100-120 billable hours monthly with balanced scheduling
