Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our restoration mitigation operations. This position will oversee branch performance, ensure project quality, and drive team success. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a background in restoration services, strong business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities :
Operational Leadership :
Oversee branch operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and profitably.
- Manage mitigation services, including water, fire, and mold restoration.
- Monitor job progress, budgets, and profitability while maintaining high service standards.
Team Management :
Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve operational goals.
Client and Vendor Relations :
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
On-Call Support :
Participate in on-call rotation, providing guidance for after-hours emergencies as needed.
Growth and Development :
Identify opportunities to expand services and grow the branch’s client base.
