A community bank is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead their team. They are looking for a proven leader with experience that will be responsible for the operations and loans of the branch.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the bank branch and bring in new profitable business
- Maintain an ongoing business development program in order to assist existing customers and solicit new customers to the bank
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and direct people as they work
