Gpac just partnered with a rapidly growing manufacturing company (must relocate to WI) that is seeking a Chief Engineer.
Lead the design, development, and equipment selection of industrial process equipment, including vessels, tumble blenders/dryers, ribbon and paddle blenders, steel/lined ball mills, roller jar mills, sigma mixers/kneaders, and mixer-extruders.

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, specifically within industrial or process equipment manufacturing.
- 3D modeling software SolidWorks, AutoCAD
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, design for manufacturability, and fabrication techniques and Managing a Team.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
