Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer is a key player in a community bank. This goes beyond bean-counting and numbers crunching. This is a role with a true community-focused bank – high energy and intent are a must! This position oversees a myriad of banking departments, subject to change based on the expertise of the candidate. This role will oversee many operations duties.
CFO Requirements
- 5 years in the banking industry, ideally within the accounting department
- Operations experience
- Investments experience
- Auditing background
- Leadership experience
- Degree in financing or another business field
