Responsibilities
- Design and assist with site layouts, grading, stormwater, and utility plans
- Coordinate with team members and clients to develop efficient and compliant plans
- Prepare construction documents, reports, and permit applications
- Participate in zoning and entitlement processes
- EIT required; PE preferred
- 3 years of relevant experience in land development design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
