Position Responsibilities : - Prepare timely and accurate estimates for projects- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare estimates- Develop relationships with subcontractors and suppliers- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and pricing
Position Essential Job Functions : - 5 years of experience in estimating- Strong background in site development- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
