Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and manage clinical staff, operations, and workflow
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
Oversee patient care coordination and maintain high-quality standards
Develop and implement process improvements for better efficiency
Collaborate with executives, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Monitor staff performance, training, and professional development
Qualifications :
Registered Nurse (RN) license (or relevant clinical licensure)
3 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and best practices
Excellent team management, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with EHR systems (EPIC preferred)
