Position Overview :   We are seeking motivated and skilled Commercial / Business Associate Attorneys to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide sound legal advice to clients in various industries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients on compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Represent clients in business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Participate in client meetings and provide strategic advice on business matters.
• Assist in the development of business strategies and risk management.
