Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage daily operations on-site and supervise project teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality control requirements.
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and materials, ensuring everything is in place for timely project completion.
- Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare daily reports, including safety logs and project status updates.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on commercial and warehouse projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Experience using construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- OSHA certification and first aid training are preferred.
