What You'll Do
- Oversee and nurture relationships with premium Commercial Lines clients, delivering tailored strategic advice.
- Optimize workflows and drive operational excellence to boost efficiency and results.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement seamless operations and maximize growth opportunities.
- Champion agency goals, enhance client experiences, and foster long-term relationships.
- Lead a dynamic team while inspiring success and driving performance.
- 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance and a proven track record of success.
- Active MA P&C License and familiarity with Applied Epic (NOT Required!)
- A strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
- A passion for growth, a collaborative mindset, and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
