What You'll Do
- Client Relationship Leadership: Manage a select group of high-profile Commercial Lines clients, delivering outstanding service and proactive support.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and implement improvements to optimize workflows, boost productivity, and enhance departmental operations.
- Growth Advocate: Play a key role in helping us meet and exceed agency goals, while driving a culture of success and performance excellence.
- Client Experience Leader: Elevate client service experience, ensuring an exceptional journey from start to finish.
- Carrier Relationship Expert: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with insurance carriers to enhance service offerings and coverage options.
- Adaptability & Growth: Embrace new opportunities and challenges as we expand, continuously developing in your role and responsibilities.
- Experience: At least 3 years in Commercial Lines insurance, with a demonstrated history of success.
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Applied Epic is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
